The Syndicate is an online + pop up bookstore offering a wide variety of romance novels catering to different tastes and preferences. We do not offer children’s books, personal development, nonfiction, how to’s, educational, or others alike.

We do not offer individualized delivery locations for safety reasons. Our three main pick up sites are: Agana Shopping Center, Guam Premier Outlet, and Micronesian Mall. The pick up details will be determined after checkout.

This service is only available in Guam and is subjected to a $5.00 fee. Not all products qualify for the meet up option. Upon establishing our offline store soon, meet-ups will be discontinued in favor of in-store pickups.

We currently only ship to the USA and neighboring islands such as: Palau, Marshall Islands, the FSM, and the Northern Mariana Islands. Stay tuned as we work to offer more services to other countries.

We currently have a no return and exchange policy. A cancellation or refund is only acknowledged before an order is shipped out. However, if there were issues with your order please don’t hesitate to contact us via our contact page with your order number and we shall do our best to help you.

The expensive nature is typically a result of your items being shipped from various locations and sometimes will be delivered in separate orders.

No. All orders must be paid before to reserve your order.

Yes. However, pre payment will still be required as we don’t accept Cash on Delivery for preorder and subscription items since they are at a reservation/preorder/made-to-order basis.

Only Blind Dates + Reader Essential Items (not including apparel) is applicable under local meet up/pick up. A separate cart must be made. If preorder items exist, the option to meet up/pick up will not be applicable.

Due to the high costs and additional challenges of shipping products to Guam, all items are subject to a $1.00 surcharge above the standard suggested retail price (SRP). This small adjustment helps us continue bringing in the books and bookish items you love while keeping our store running strong. We truly appreciate your support and understanding!
