Originally started as a pop up business. The Smut Syndicate is an brick & mortar + online bookstore offering a wide variety of romance novels catering to different tastes and preferences. We do not offer children’s books, personal development, nonfiction, how to’s, educational, or others alike.

We do! Pickup is available at our shop. Please note that there is a 2–3 week shipping period from time of warehouse processing NOT time of order as items are shipped from our stateside warehouse. Once your order arrives, you will be notified via email or SMS to arrange pickup. Shipping is at a 50% discount. Shipped PRIORITY MAIL or 2 DAY AIR.

We currently do not offer returns or exchanges on shipped orders. Cancellations and refunds are only accepted before an order has been shipped. Once your package is in transit, The Syndicate is not responsible for lost or damaged items.

For pickup orders, cancellations are allowed; however, a 20% restocking fee will apply.
For in-store purchases, refunds are only available for defective items within 24 hours and are also subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Due to the high costs and additional challenges of shipping products to Guam, working with third parties when certain titles can't ship to Guam the USPS way, including tarrifs, book items are subject to a certain surcharge above the market suggested retail price (MSRP). This adjustment helps us continue bringing in the books and bookish items you love while keeping our store running strong. We truly appreciate your support and understanding!

Our main inventory comprises paperbacks. Any hardbacks that may be offered will be notated.
